At Sabr Studios, each item is carefully handcrafted and inspected before being packed and shipped.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or personal preference.
We will only offer a replacement, exchange, or refund if:
• The item received is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
• The incorrect item was sent.
FOLLOWING REASONS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AS A VALID REASON FOR AN EXCHANGE/REFUND:
• "I want to change the colour/design"
• "I've changed my mind"
• "I don’t want it anymore"
• "I've changed my mind"
• "I don’t want it anymore"
To request a replacement, exchange, or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Please note:
• Minor variations in colour, scent, texture, or finish are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.
• We reserve the right to decline refund or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
• Sale items will not be exchanged or refunded.
